A personal journey that shaped the practice.

Hi, I'm Natalie

Welcome to Integration Specialties.

As the oldest of six children, a mother of four, an aunt to 32, and a grandmother, I have spent my entire life immersed in large, active family dynamics. Combined with over 13 years of experience as a certified specialist, I understand how a calm, well-aligned physical and sensory foundation impacts daily focus, learning, and emotional ease across every stage of life.

The search began at home

My journey into this work began where many families begin: as a mother searching for answers. When my son was nine, school anxiety made public school impossible. MNRI immediately resonated with me, especially because I grew up seeing my mother, a Special Education teacher trained in Brain Gym, use targeted movement patterns to unlock learning readiness.

After studying the methodology and later being introduced to iLS, I saw remarkable progress in my own family. That personal breakthrough became the beginning of my career in this practice.

A steady partner forward

I understand the physical and mental fatigue carried by caregivers because I have lived it. Whether you are helping a child navigate learning roadblocks or looking to sharpen your own productivity and stamina, I will be your steady partner with an empathetic ear and a structured pathway forward.

You do not have to navigate this alone.

Working from the foundation up

Creating a solid foundation for growth and development.

Think of primary movement patterns as the foundation of a house. When these are unrefined or sensory processing is overwhelmed, that foundation becomes unstable. This can show up as learning difficulties in children, mental fatigue, and environmental stress in individuals at any age.

Personalized movement education and listening systems support the capacity to adapt, focus, and participate more comfortably in the classroom, workplace, and daily life.
